How can I link my Disney Resort hotel booking in My Disney Experience?
You can use your booking confirmation number and surname to link your Disney Resort hotel reservation in My Disney Experience if you have booked directly with Walt Disney Travel Company UK, or with a travel partner such as Virgin Holidays or Thomas Cook. Simply visit Disneyworld.co.uk, login to your account and select My Reservations from the My Disney Experience menu at the top-right of the page.
My reservation cannot be located in My Disney Experience – why not?
As we are still in testing phase for MyMagic+ there are a number of technical challenges which may affect Guests travelling from the UK. We’re working hard to resolve these issues, but if your booking confirmation number isn’t recognised you can speak to our Disney Experts on freephone 0800 16 90 749 who will be able to provide you with an alternative 8-digit reference that can be used to link your Disney Resort hotel reservation in My Disney Experience.
I’m staying at Old Key West or Saratoga Springs – why can’t I link my reservation?
If you’re still more than 10 months away from your holiday arrival date and are staying at Disney’s Old Key West Resort or Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa your reservation may not have yet downloaded to My Disney Experience to be linked. Rest assured your reservation is guaranteed, but until you’re within 10 months of arrival it unfortunately can’t be linked in My Disney Experience.
How can I link my e-ticket in My Disney Experience?
You can use your e-ticket reference number located under the barcode of your 'Will Call' ticket voucher to link your tickets in My Disney Experience.
I just booked my Walt Disney World Holiday – why can’t I link my reservation in My Disney Experience?
If you have recently made a booking you will need to wait 48 hours to be able to link your booking in My Disney Experience. Please note access to Dining reservations only opens 180 days before arrival and FastPass+ reservations 60 days before you are due to arrive in Resort, you cannot make reservations before this time. A test of FastPass+ is currently underway and will become available to all Walt Disney World Resort Guests in the coming months.
I’m trying to link my hard ticket in My Disney Experience, which reference number do I use?
Once you login to My Disney Experience and select ‘Link existing reservations and tickets’ you will be prompted to select the ticket type you have. If your ticket has a 12-digit reference number located on the bottom left of the ticket back you can follow the ‘Recently Issued Ticket or Pass’ option in the My Disney Experience. If your ticket does not have a 12-digit reference number please follow the ‘Older Ticket or Pass’ option. From here you will be asked if your ticket has an ID number under the barcode -you will be able to use this to link your ticket. The majority of Walt Disney Travel Company hard tickets will come under this category. If your ticket does not have an ID number under the barcode – select ‘No’ and you will proceed to the following screen where you will have 6 ticket options to choose from. Select the ticket which most resembles your ticket and it will prompt you to enter he relevent reference number. When/how will I receive my MagicBand?
In the coming months, you may see Guests in the parks wearing MagicBands as part of MyMagic+ testing, those involved in the testing will collect their bands at Resort. Other guests will be able to use their standard ticket to access the benefits of MyMagic+, such as making FastPass+ selections on My Disney Experience. Before long, MagicBands will be available to all guests staying at Disney Resort hotels.
My UK phone number isn’t accepted when making a dining reservation?
UK phone numbers are currently not recognised by the system – please remove the country code and any leading zeros. As an example, +447783 827638 would become 7783827638. Your reservation will then be made successfully.
I already have an account with Disney.co.uk but I’m being asked to enter additional details on Disneyworld.com?
The sign-in process for Disney accounts is changing and this is normal procedure. Please just confirm the additional fields and you will have access to both Disney.co.uk and Disneyworld.com using the same login.
