What are the opening times of the Disney® Parks?

The opening times of the Parks vary depending on the season, please either check with the concierge at your Disney® Hotel or pick up a free park programme which you can collect underneath Disneyland Railroad Main Street Station (Disneyland® Park) or inside the entrance to Disney Studio 1 (Walt Disney Studios® Park). Information boards located in the Disney® Parks also show the Disney® Park opening times. Where can I find show and parade times for the Disney® Parks?

Two large information boards are located within the Parks; Disneyland® Park has an information board located at the end of main Street, USA and Walt Disney Studios® Park has an information board located on the left of Hollywood Boulevard. All boards are updated daily with information including show and parade times, park opening hours and selected attraction queuing times. Attraction queuing times are also located at the ride entrances. Free park programmes will also include information on opening times and parade and show schedules.


Are Disney Characters Meet’n’Greets available in the Disney® Parks?

Yes, your favourite Disney Characters will be waiting to meet you at both Disney® Parks. For specific locations and times, please see the free Disney park programme which you can collect underneath Disneyland Railroad Main Street Station (at Disneyland® Park) and inside the entrance to Disney Studio 1 (at Walt Disney Studios® Park).


Are there information Centres within the Disney® Parks?

Yes, there are two main information points located at Disneyland® Park, City Hall (outside the main entrance on Main Street, U.S.A.) and at Walt Disney Studios® Park (at Front Lot near the park entrance) where our knowledgeable cast members will be ready to assist you with any questions. They will also be able to assist with restaurant reservations, lost property and any general information regarding the Disney® Parks.


Where can I collect a free Disney park map and program?

You can collect a free Disney park map underneath Disneyland Railroad Main Street Station (Disneyland® Park) or inside the entrance to Disney Studio 1 (Walt Disney Studios® Park). The free park maps include detailed maps of Walt Disney Studios® Park and Disneyland® Park, locations of all attractions including those that offer FASTPASS and single rider options. You can also collect a free park programme which lists Park opening times as well as show, parade and Disney Character Meet’n’Greet times.


Where can I get more information about Walt Disney Studios® Park before I travel?

You will receive a free mini guide in your travel document pack which includes more detailed information about Disneyland® Paris and smart tips for your break. You will also find a range of information and a park map of Walt Disney Studios® on our dedicated webpage.

How do I find out which attractions have age or height restrictions?

It is advised to check the free park map (which you can collect underneath Disneyland Railroad Main Street Station (Disneyland® Park) and inside the entrance to Disney Studio 1 (Walt Disney Studios® Park) in advance for more information about height restrictions, or speak to our helpful Disney Cast Members at the Parks.


Are all the attractions suitable for children?

Attractions are suitable for children who fulfil the height requirements. You can find more information in our park map (which you can collect underneath Disneyland Railroad Main Street Station (Disneyland® Park) and inside the entrance to Disney Studio 1 (Walt Disney Studios® Park) ), or by speaking to our knowledgeable cast members.


How do I find out if there are any ride closures?

Disneyland® Paris sometimes has to carry out essential maintenance to its attractions and therefore ride closures can occur. Please see our free park programmes, which you can collect underneath Disneyland Railroad Main Street Station (Disneyland® Park) or inside the entrance to Disney Studio 1 (Walt Disney Studios® Park) which detail any ride closures during your stay.


What are Extra Magic hours?

Extra Magic Hours offer guests the chance to spend up to 2 extra hours within specific areas of Disneyland® Park and/or Walt Disney Studios® Park on certain days, before regular park opening at no extra cost. This is an exclusive benefit for guests who are staying at a Disney® Hotel, meaning more fun, more magic and more Disney!


How do I use Extra Magic Hours?

To take advantage of Extra Magic Hours you will need to show your Hotel EasyPass card (given upon check-in to your Disney® Hotel) alongside your park ticket at the entrance to one of the Parks. Extra Magic Hour dates and timings vary and will be confirmed at check-in, at your Disney® Hotel.


What is FASTPASS?

FASTPASS is a free service for all guests with a Disney® Park ticket, which saves you time queuing for attractions. You simply place your park entrance ticket into a FASTPASS® turnstile at the entrance to selected attractions, and you will receive a FASTPASS ticket showing you a return time; you’re then free to go and enjoy other attractions. When it’s time to come back, you simply join the FASTPASS queue, where it’s straight on the ride with little or no queuing. NB – You may only have one FASTPASS ticket at a time. Are there other FASTPASS options available?

Yes, there are three additional types of FASTPASS on offer in addition to your standard free FASTPASS. These FASTPASS tickets can be used without having to return to the attraction at a selected time. You can simply use the FASTPASS® entrance with your additional FASTPASS ticket. The FASTPASS options available are:
1. Disney® Hotel FASTPASS – Guests staying in a standard room at Disneyland Paris Hotel receive one additional FASTPASS per day, per person to be used on one attraction per day.
2. VIP FASTPASS: This pass gives you unlimited access to FASTPASS lanes for Disney Suites, Castle Club and Empire State Club guests.
3. Premium FASTPASS – Guests can upgrade their FREE Standard FASTPASS ticket at any concierge desk for a Premium FASTPASS, at an extra cost. This provides guests with unlimited access to FASTPASS lanes for the duration of your stay. Please note Premium FASTPASS’ are subject to availability.
