Eurostar™ offer both direct and indirect services to Disneyland® Paris. The direct service operates once a day excluding Tuesdays and Saturdays and during school holidays, direct trains run every day of the week. The indirect services run daily. How often do Eurostar™ services operate?
The direct services leave for Disneyland® Paris once a day, however the indirect trains run regularly several times a day. Please search our website www.disneyholidays.co.uk for more information about times and availability.
What stations do Eurostar™ services depart from?
Both direct and indirect services depart from St Pancras International (located in central London with easy transport connections), Ebbsfleet International (located in in the Borough of Dartford, Kent, just minutes from M25, Junction 2) or Ashford International stations (located in Ashford, Kent linked by local train services from Kent and East Sussex).
What is the journey time for London to Disneyland® Paris?
If you’re using the direct service from St Pancras International, it takes 2h 45m to get to Disneyland® Paris. If you’re travelling via Lille, the estimated travel time is only 3h 18m. (Times from Ebbsfleet and Ashford are slightly less).
How far is Marne-la-Vallee/Chessy from the Disney® Parks and Disney® Hotels?

What is the difference between Standard and Standard Premier Tickets?

What is Disney Express luggage service and how do I use it?
Disney Express is an optional extra available only on direct Eurostar™ services. It gives you the opportunity to head straight to the Disney® Parks on arrival into Marne-la-Vallee/Chessy station, meaning you can start your magical adventure in no time at all.
Upon arrival at the Marne-la-Vallee/Chessy train station, simply drop off your luggage at the Disney Express desk and it will be taken to your Disney® Hotel straight away. You will then be able to collect it when you check into your Disney® Hotel later that day.
What documents do I need to take with me while travelling with Eurostar™?
All passengers including infants must have their valid passports and train tickets with them at all times throughout the journey.
Do I need to check-in before the departure?
Yes, you need to check-in at the station at least 30 minutes before the departure. We advise you to arrive at the station 50 minutes before departure to make sure you have time to check-in and enjoy the start of your magical holiday. Detailed check-in information will be included within your travel documentation.
Are there any luggage restrictions?
Eurostar™ do not impose any weight restrictions for your luggage, however you can only take a maximum of two bags per passenger.
Are the trains accessible for the Guests with disabilities?
There are accessible fares available for guests with disabilities, so please call 0800 169 0737 to speak to one of our Disney Experts, who will be able to assist with your request. Please note that the passengers will need to use their own wheelchairs if required.
Can I book my Disneyland® Paris package with Eurostar™ tickets?

What will the new UK Home Office legislation regarding Exit Checks mean for me?
As of April 2015, the UK Home Office have introduced a new legislation that requires identity checks for all travellers exiting the UK.
Eurostar and P&O Ferries
In order to comply with this new legislation Eurostar have introduced travel documentation checks (i.e. passport, identity card, group passport) across their terminals and ports. We would advise you to allow plenty of time to pass through the terminal or port and have your travel documentation to hand.
